Michigan's e-Library. Go to Databases and AcademicOne. This is a great site for finding peer-reviewed full text articles. At home, you may have to use a library card or a driver's license.
If you like google, this is for you. It helps you find full-text articles and even makes citations for you.

ScienceDirect Offers full-text scientific database with journal articles and book chapters from more than 2,500 journals and almost 20,000 books Virtual Journal of Nuclear Astrophysics.
